Better get full range of motion with hand release push ups AND the push up part of the burpee for the KBellers. They will be hard for those who don’t always hit chest to the deck for their pushups and on the other hand, they will make push ups seem a bit easier for those who do

Fran done well is a 3-5 minute workout. A normal goal for a 21-15-9 rep scheme should be around 10 minutes. This time try choosing a weight that will let you do the workout with good form in that time. Be warned, the difference between sub 5 and sub 3 in metabolic cost is enormous. (
