Just when the Turkish Get Up (TGU) couldn’t get more techincal…try doing it reversed like our KBellers did today!!!
KB Class WOD:
Max rounds in 15 minutes
alternate arms
1x Snatch (45#/25#)
1x Push press
1x Reverse Turkish get-up (starting from overhead position)
1x Windmill
CF Class WOD:
Weighted pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
BONUS WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Swings 55/35 lbs
- Never thought she could do 1 body weight pull up let alone weighted!!! Just goes to show that you never know until you try!!
