Don’t drop the kettlebell during the switching of the hands!! PRECISION!!! Hand release push up are easier for those who are used to touching chest to the deck as there is a slight release of the muscle contraction for some rest on every rep. BUT, they are harder for people who are not going full range of motion in their push ups and now they are forced to. Great version of the push up exercise.
