do all on one arm, then the other
this equals 1 round
approx 90 secs rest in between rounds
go up in weight each round

CF Class WOD:
Three rounds for time of:
95/65 pound Front squat, 21 reps
Handstand walk 40 feet
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
