Today’s CF WOD was in honor of Zhan’s father who came to visit from his Box in Arizona. He is 78 years old and started CFitting about 13 months ago. Just goes to show that CrossFit is for everyone!!!
CF Class WOD:

35 deadlifts 225/155-185 lbs
35 box jumps 24/20″
35 kettlebell swings 55/35
35 ring rows
35 burpees
35 squats
35 push-ups
35 walking lunges – each leg = 1/2 rep
KB Class WOD:
3 minutes of single arm jerks
2 minutes of pullups
1 minute of burpees
3 minutes of rest
3 minutes of single arm jerks 35/25
2 minutes of pullups
1 minute of burpees
