Now that the Olympics are over and you’ve decided to channel your inner Olympian, sign up for the CrossFit Endurance 12.3 class. We’ll teach you how to run like Bolt! Ok, so maybe that’s taking it a little far, but we can teach you to run more naturally. Class includes videotaped analysis, drills, speedwork and mobility work to keep you limber and injury-free.
If you’ve been trying for that PR and haven’t hit it yet, or are tired of always being the slowest in the class, then give this a try. This is an endurance training program used in conjunction with CrossFit classes. Our goal is to make you a faster, more efficient runner with less training volume using a ‘natural running’ technique. You’ll be joining an encouraging community led by a certified CrossFit Endurance and USA Triathlon certified coach.
Class runs from Thursday, September 6th through Tuesday November 20th. That’s Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15-7:15pm for $200. There is a minimum of 6 people required to hold this class.
Bring a water bottle and wear/bring warm clothing in layers, as we’ll be running outside in any weather. All abilities and experience are welcome and encouraged.
There will be emphasis on running technique (running efficiently and learning how to use the forces of nature to our benefit), injury prevention and having fun.
