Starting CrossFit

The end result of any activity or venture is never successful without learning the basics first.  CrossFit Arenal is no different.

To be a true CrossFitter,  one must learn some basic movements in order to safely perform a CrossFit workout and experience the result of what a true CrossFit workout can bring you; peak performance during a workout, peak performance throughout your activities of daily living and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone  in order to achieve new goals every day of your life.

To learn the CrossFit basics, an instructor will schedule your classes with you.  Upon graduation, you will be able to participate in group classes.
