Learn Kettlebell movements with a CrossFit Kettlebell Certified Instructor such as the Russian Swing, American Swing, H2H swings (Hand to Hand), Turkish Get-ups, Cleans, Snatches, etc.
To get started with Kettlebells:
Step 1: Register Online
Step 2: Go to your Online Store:
a. Click on Series and Memberships to select Basics then Kettlebell Basics.
b. E-mail owners@arenalfitness.com to let us know which of the following dates work best for you for your Basics appointments.
KB Basics 102 – Thursday, 3/1/12 at 6:00pm
KB Basics 103 – Tuesday, 3/6/12 at 6:00pm
KB Basics 104 – Thursday, 3/8/129 at 6:00pm
Step 3: Go through your Online Checkout just like regular shopping online.
