CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scalable for any participant at any level. This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.
The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play: pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our CrossFit Kids Trainers.

The CFKids 10 Class Pass is a 10 class virtual punch card that is $100, $10 per class.
We enroll your child(ren) in class for the 10 classes and then you will just need to let us know when your child will be absent or needs to reschedule to a different day.
With the Class Pass, you will never lose a class should you need to miss a day unless you no-show or have to cancel within 1 hour of class time. The pass carries on until you use all 10 classes and then you simply renew to get a new one.
Get 20% off of your CFK Class Pass for every friend you refer into the program (only 1 20% discount per pass). We will process the 20% off at the time of renewal on our end. Your friend will need to put your name in their “referred by” area of their online registration.
*Must have a minimum of 4 kids enrolled in each session each day to hold the session
**Rolling admission is allowed so kids can start at anytime.

Step 1: Register Online **Please be sure to register in your child’s name**
Step 2: Go to your Online Store:
a. Click on Services to select the All Access Pass (CrossFit Kids), $100
b. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your CrossFit Kids Basics appointments.
Step 3: Go through your Online Checkout just like regular shopping online.
