Class: Tuesdays at 6:30pm
Specialty Course: Thursdays at 6:00pm (*Fee Based – Class Drop In or All Access Pass required)
Class will involve a lengthy warm-up, a hard-core running WOD, and a mobility/stretching/flossing session afterwards.
Open to members and non-members.
Dress for the weather. All RunFit Classes/Specialty Courses will be held rain or shine. There are plenty of skills, drills, and workouts that can be done indoors in case of extreme weather.

You must reserve your slot for the Specialty Course by 5pm on the night of the class.
