WODs for Wednesday, 2/22/17

Strength: Deadlift 5-3-2   5 @75% 1RM, 3 @ 85%, 2 @ 90% Choose from a “Push” Bodyweight Progression Met-Con: Against a 5 minute running clock, complete: 500 Meter Row 50 Kettlebell Swings Burpees x Max reps Rest 2:30 minutes between sets, and complete a total of two sets.
